For this project we were tasked with updating a long outdated site design. The Eyesite company had recently rebranded, and upgraded their facility to reflect a sleek, modern aesthetic, and the partners were looking to create a website that reflected their new image.
Challenge: Eyesite was looking for a design that would maintain consistency with their new branding, while simultaneously displaying and reflecting their high end inventory, as well as displaying their advanced medical technology and experience with eye care services.
One of the biggest challenges for this project came after we were well into the design for a large portion of the site. The client wanted their medical capabilities to be more forward facing, specifically a new service they were offering for Dry Eye. We had to find a way to introduce their new "Dry Eye Clinic" in a palatable way that would communicate how their experts could easily deal with the issue in comforting way for their patients. The solution was to use a simple, repeating visual of three steps to communicate the easy method of dealing with this issue, guiding people easily to the options of either learning additional info, or contacting someone.
